I applied through Indeed.com. Two weeks after submitting my application, I received an email from Lisa, HR Manager, regarding my availability to schedule my first phone interview. The next day, I had my first phone interview with her.
First Phone interview Summary:
I was very nervous, but It was admirable how Lisa made me feel during the entire phone interview. She was very approachable and after talking to her for few minutes, I was not nervous anymore. These are some of the questions I could remember from this first interview.

Two days after the first phone interview, I received another email from the HR Manager regarding a second interview. So, we scheduled a Microsft Teams Video Call with Matthew Seabaugh, Director of New Product Launch. The HR Manager also asked me to take a behavioral assessment before that second interview.
Second Interview Summary:
Matt introduced himself and explained all the aspects of the company's mission, vision, people-first culture, and values. He asked questions regarding my previous research and development experience and my analytical experience utilizing lab instruments. These are some of the questions I could remember from this second interview.

That same day of the second interview, I received an email from Lisa saying they were excited to move forward with an in-person interview. I was thrilled! So, we scheduled a date and time for the in-person interview.
In-person Interview Summary:
Lisa took me to a conference room. We talked about my behavioral assessment results and she introduced me to Cody Lockhart, Project Engineer II, and my possible boss. These are some of the questions I remember from that interview.

My conversation with Cody was very pleasant. He was very professional and after talking for 30 mins, He showed me the entire company.
Three days after the in-person interview, I received a job offer from Nexceris, LLC. We went back and forward with the job offer, but we were able to find a middle ground in the end.
