you get called for an interview. During interview you are asked to talk about your self. and they introduce themselves. Then they ask you about the content you place in your resume. Must be able to explain it. The interview atmosphere is not tempting. Then you are given a paper test and they also give you a tour of the facility.

They asked several questions about my resume and also the standard interview questions (have you ever been in difficult situation, how did you come out of it etc). The interview was a combination of behavioral and technical.
