I interviewed 2 rounds for this position, once with HR and once with a technical manager and the CEO. Questions were geared to understand you, your experience, and your knowledge pertaining to contaminated sites. The interviewers were very friendly, but obviously this was a formal interview as they want to hire the best fit for the company.
