This was the best interview process I have ever been on. I had interviewed numerous places attempting to find the right fit for me. I remember speaking to Joanne about the company and their goals and what their ideal candidate was and I was so excited I actually cancelled an interview I had scheduled for the next day so that I could interview with them instead. So glad I made that decision!

Mr. Jenny asked me about my future goals and what I was really looking for long term. I'm sure other employers ask that question to, but I was able to find out that he wanted to know so that he could help me achieve those goals.
