Group informational session, in which they explain the company's goals and basic business model - 20-30 minutes; then a quick 15-minute or so individual interview in another room. Focused on why you want to work there and not anywhere else. Snacks provided. The basic business model is a commission-based salary with a $12/hour safety net in case you worked the hours but couldn't make a sale.
