There were two rounds of interviews. 1st being Video interview round and the final round with the EIR. It was very conversational with the EIR with him being curious about my background, why ETA, why PE, and why finance in general. Asked if I knew about LBO and what's the ideal IRR for 5 five-year investment time horizon for a PE firm
