I applied online and a recruiter reached out within a couple days, but honestly this was the most disorganized experience I’ve ever had with a company. The recruiter was based in Dublin and repeatedly scheduled calls that were even abnormal interview times in the east coast. The recruiter and hiring manager also asked me questions which made me think they didn’t read my resume thoroughly. On top of that, I was invited for an on-site during my initial phone interview; only for it to be rescinded the next morning. Overall, I felt like the process was disorganized and unprofessional.
