I did a phone screening with the recruiter, another phone interview with the HR Manager, and then a design test. They ended up going with another candidate, but of the several places I've applied to, this one had the most friendly and competent recruiters/HR department.

How does your experience relate to online advertising?
It was great, though it did take 2-3 months. I did 4 interviews and 1 design test. All interviews were done on time, and the interviewers were all very open to answering any questions I had about the company. They also provided me an additional phone call about why I didn't get the role, which ended up being due to the other candidate having a bit more experience in Adobe Animate.
