I interviewed for a job with this company and went through a "info gathering" session, an interview with their middle management team, and then an interview with the manager of the company. I was excited about this job, I went above and beyond preparing. The most disappointing thing about this job was that I spent a significant amount of time preparing for the interviews, I was a pretty close hire, and then they ghosted me (even after asking for a follow up). If you value your time, do yourself a favor and avoid these people. The least they can do is treat people who spent significant time and effort preparing to jump through their hoops enough courtesy of a rejection letter. These people are so self-involved they don't care about anyone else's time but their own, which should tell you that all the people are who work for them are numbers.

My interview process with Nextiny was smooth and well-structured, lasting about two weeks. It started with a general interview, followed by a second interview where I had the opportunity to meet the CEO. The communication was clear throughout, and the team was professional and personable. Overall, it was a positive experience!
