I applied online, I was then contacted for a phone screening interview. The day before the interview they sent me an email saying they hired someone else. It is a total lack of respect and organization, how can you hire someone without even interviewing all the candidates.

A humble suggestion to the interview panel: please approach interviews with the intention of identifying potential and hiring the right fit, rather than treating it as an exercise in grilling candidates.
