You might need to present a Salesforce exercise case to show you have feeling with the program and Nextview's way of working (if you don't have the experience to show for it yet). They are very friendly and helpful during this conversation, I did not feel stressed at all. If you get through, you'll be asked to fill out a personality test to see if you're the right fit, which will be discussed with someone from the senior management team in the second interview. This is mainly talking about who you are as a person and what you would be looking for when starting at Nextview. The third and last interview is with the CEO, which is a really nice way to get to know Huub. After that you might receive an offer.
