It is actually not an Interview but really a weird experience. I applied some roles in Neya systems first in late 2023, two HR reached me regarding 2 different roles. One is from ARA (Neya's parent company) but she have limited information about Neya. Later she told me they decide to seek someone else due to the emphasis on particular skills. This is actually a normal interview experience. The other one seems to be from Neya. She emailed me to ask for an interview with a weird email address (a_very_long_hash_code@mail.applytojob.com) which seems to be randomly generated by the HR platfrom. As she didn't mention anything about her own company email address or other ways to communicate I can only directly reply to this weird email address. Then I never heard anything back even I sent a 2nd email to ask. As ghosting is not a fresh experience to me I didn't really care that much. However, I recently applied some new opennings in Neya again and the exact same HR reached me again with the same weird email address! (the hash code is not same but email address is in same format). I don't really know what to do so just directly replied again. Just like last time, until now (almost 1 week) I still don't heard anything back yet. In both cases I don't even know whether my email reached her thought emails appeared in Sent section in my email. Maybe they are classified as spam by the HR platform? Who knows..... I really think Neya should upgrade their HR tools....

I got no response initially. One day suddenly I received an email from HR. It was months later so I had almost forgot about the company. They claimed they loved my resume and background and wanted to setup a call. I gave them some times. Then they ghosted me. I tried to follow-up via email and photo. Very unprofessional. The job listings are still on their website and LinkedIn. Don't waste your time.
