Internal "senior" recruiter reached out via email. After a short conversation, I agreed to a initial screening. Recruiter then stopped replying. A week later, I got a scripted "Following up one more time incase you didn't see my previous emails" from the recruiter that was clearly automated from the ATS. I didn't have high hopes, but decided to follow up with him again, and was ghosted again. Like the other comments say, clearly a disorganized interviewing process. Poor recruiter and a poor overall candidate experience.
