Started off with a single screening processes talking to the head of IT. Nice guy, went well, went onto a second round in which it was more skill based and asked questions about certain scenarios and how I would approach them. Did not go well and was not asked back for another round of interviews, but I believe that there are only 3 rounds of interviews

one technical interview over the phone. questions about IT field and experience. be able to describe accomplishments and projects worked on in the past. also a few character and behavioral questions.
