I received the call on Thursday for an interview on Tuesday and when I arrived they said the position was already filled. That should of been my first clue, on my way home I received another call and said that they made a mistake and could I come back in the next day.

Primero fue una llamada telefónica breve en español y en inglés posteriormente una presentación y finalmente una serie de exámenes. Considero que es un proceso bastante accesible, sin embargo, es desconcertante no saber qué vendrá en los exámenes.

3 rounds The first round was a phone interview with a HR rep. Brief rundown of your qualifications. The second round was with a member of the continuous improvement team. 30 minutes long. Some technical questions. The third round was 90 minutes long and involves two groups of two people from the same team. More in-depth technical questions regarding your background.

Colloquio

I was first contacted by the recruiter who set up an interview with an HR rep. After the 30 min interview with the HR rep, they scheduled an interview with the SC analytics manager. When that interview went well I had another interview with SC Ops. After that interview I moved into the final round. The final round is 1.5 hours, with six people via WebEx. Each person asks pretty similar questions.
