In-person, with Associate Dean and relevant full time faculty for specific course being interviewed for. Had to give a brief 10-minute lecture and powerpoint on a topic provided to me via email in the weeks before the interview, in addition to answering 6 questions about teaching style, strategies, how experience relates to course content, etc.
