Unfortunately, my interview experience was far from positive. It began abruptly without introductions, diving straight into a complex whiteboard coding question that was barely explained. Throughout, there were uncomfortable long silences, and my attempts to get clarification were ignored, with one of the interviewers often smirking and both being seemingly distracted by other tasks. This left me wondering whether the lack of engagement was due to disinterest or simply poor interviewing skills. Overall, the experience portrayed a significant need for better communication and professionalism in interviews. Maybe it was their first interview.
