I applied and a few hours later, I received a link for interview. It was an online, one-way interview which your will answer the questions by recording a 1 min video. After submitting they replied back that they have received it and need 48 hours to review it. After 48 hours they replied back and I got rejected in a nicest way. Their responsiveness had me to love them more.

It was a one-way interview, meaning you have to upload 1-minute videos for the asked questions. I think it is a very innovative way as it respects time for the interviewee as well as the company. There were two such rounds for 15-20 minutes and then culture add interview which usually takes around 1 hour.
