The managers didn’t know exactly the position I apply for. Not much comunication between departments it seems.
Otherwise the rest of HR group was nice with me and gave a proper tour of the place
I've completed both a phone interview and a second-round interview for the position. The interviews primarily focused on my resume, including past experiences and achievements, along with several behavioral questions to assess my problem-solving skills, teamwork, and adaptability in various work situations.
