- The HR manager emailed me to set up a phone interview & provided a logic question/behavioural multiple choice question assessment - if you passed this you proceed to in person HR interview & hiring manager case study interview

She takes a good amount of time to discuss the role, organization and structure
Case Study
- you have one hour to prepare for this on your own in a room. You have some data and need to note your research and findings.
After this hour you meet with hiring manager and their colleague and your potential colleague (2-3 members)
they asked you job related questions & then mainly focusing on the case and may challenge some of your findings - in my case they didn't after I listed all of my possible courses of action they asked me what my recommendation would be if I could just offer up one solution
The case was about Brand A and a Private Label brand and how brand A has a declining level of sales since private label came up out with the same product. They talk about what they did and it is still not helping lift sales.
Interview process is smooth. Level of the interview is also average. They are looking if you have experience that aligns with the role. The interviewers are generally cool people. The best you can do to prepare is better confident and calm.

Recruiter reached out via email to schedule interview. Had 2 separate 30-minute interviews on the same day, one with the hiring manager which was focused on experience and if the role was a good fit, and one behavioral interview with the senior director.
