At first, it is required to take phone interview and ask some basic questions and personal information. And then there will be an on-site interview which examine whether the applicant match the company's culture.

A phone screen at first. Mainly focused on previous internship experience, tech stack and availability of time for the internship. Requires 6 months+ schedule. Onsite interview took a while since one of the team is late. But the whole process was smooth and no challenging questions. Positive feedbacks given frequently either I can get the answer or not.
