I applied in a job portal, and I had 5 interviews, the process is long and takes more than two months, math, english exams in first step, after that HR interview and personality tests, if you pass, they will call you to solve a business case and finally 3 brand directors interview

I had a phone call with the recruiter and then one of the managers. The manager was really excited with me and even spoke about the next steps and who I would be speaking with. then two days later, i was told by the recruiter they would not be moving forward.

Interview starts with a basic introduction. Sell yourself - explain why you would like to work with market reasearch. Willingness to learn is key. They also love suck ups. Then you will have a case to analyse in 30 minutes and present to local manager and HR analyst. Presentation skills are needed.
