Initially had a phone interview which was pretty generic to understand me and my experience. I was then called for an onsite interview and it was a mix of technical and behavioral. Next day 15 min HR interview , calls and give hope that they liked me and they are finalizing an offer. Next day the result is totally unexpected. Looks like that position was on hold and they think I am best fit for something else and arrange a phone round of tech with another team and this team is looking for something else which was not there in job description. Ultimately no offer. I felt one team liked me but not ready to pay what I expected although they agreed initially and another team was looking for core AWS skillets and the interview didnt go much long. I seriously feel they missed someone who could have been a long term asset.
