I applied online and after 2 months, I heard back from them. HR wanted to schedule a time to "chat". It went well, and was scheduled for 1st technical interview. It also went well (but not 100% great - since some questions were totally off the topic) - but then NO response for almost 2 weeks. I thought it was over - and then after 2 weeks, I get another email from HR to schedule another 2nd phone interview. I went thru that one as well and I thought 2nd one went pretty well. Again no reply for almost 10 days - and today I just got an email that they have decided to pursue other candidates. Not sure - what exactly are they looking for... My interview was all phone - no 1:1 nor any tests...
