1) Applied on a website
2) Didn't get any response the next day, so I called to check if they had received my resume.
3) On the phone they said no, then they looked again while i was on the phone, said found you! and they looked really quickly through it and asked me to an interview a couple of days later
4) Got to the interview and there was no interview but 3 different test. The first one was rather easy and the second one was the same one everybody talks about here with 10 questions and 2 cases. You need to know basic statistics and probability. But it was not that difficult. The third one was a psycometric kind of test, that you can even find online, just google the name of the test.
5) They sent me home and said they would be in touch
6) I called again a couple of days later and they sent me some more personality and psycometric test in an Excel file, including the same one i had done before on paper.
7) Got called for an interview with the Human Resources person and it went well, it was about my background, motivations, etc... nothing complicated.
8) The HR person said they would schedule another interview with the person who (I think) would be my boss.
9) Waited one week and called to see how things were going. They said I was still in the process but they still got some things going on.
10) They would get back at me. Still waiting :-)
