It was a very interactive interview. Went through different stages with different panel. It was vigorous but educative at the same time. Test of confidence and selling skills too

Was well organized and on merit. Aptitude organized by Dragnet or so. Usual Verbal aptitude, quantitative aptitude, verbal reasoning, current affairs and sales functional questions. Then driving test and interview. Emphasis on driving test being 80% on practical aspect, 20% highway code. Process took 3-4 months. Interview nothing extra ordinary. Usual entry level sales drilling.
