Initially the interview process seemed very quick and organized, however is seemed as though they were conducting the rounds and changing the process impromptu. Initially, I was applying for the test engineer position and they had me go through a few behavior interviews and also a three day take home coding challenge. Seemed like everything was going well, then they randomly decided to switch me over to a "robotics engineering" position and had me do a few interviews with the robotics VPs. They also had me take a second take home coding challenge even after acing the first one. All my interviews went flawlessly, but I was sent a confusing rejection letter. They said "The feedback from your interviews were positive. We have decided to move forward with other candidates." Wasted way too much of my time in this confused process.

Two coding challenges. Make sure you know inverse kinematics, point cloud visualization, server & client stuff if you're applying for software.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Nimble Robotics nel mese di gen 2024
Colloquio
7 rounds of interviews with different managers at Nimble. One interview was technical. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, and the interviews were very informative about the job as well. The Head of Talent is very communicative, and interview rounds are scheduled quickly.
