The company has 90% of Asian work there, so which completely fine for me as I am Asian too.
Walk in there everyone basically can speak English except the CEO, so he will need a translator.
He brag a lot about how he was so successful in his past life, and he will ask you about yours. and after you provide all your professional experience
he will use his (unconfirmed successful) life to start saying your experience is not what he is looking for, and in the end, he will say that he is willing to try to hire me, but the price will be half of what was mentioned by the agency.
As an Asian myself, that is how Asians usually negotiate down the price when hiring, but I just never see a person insult another person's professional experience that badly and cut half of the salary.
