- On-ground panel interview done by a Director, a Sales Supervisor, and a SDR.
At the on-ground interview, a presentation will be requested describing WHY you have applied, and asking your rationale or explanation for choosing 1 prospective customer among four real companies from different niche industries and sizes.
You will be requested to provide a mock email to the chosen prospect customer, as well as a mock phone call.

Not many questions were asked, as the Director seemed in a hurry, constantly looking at his wristwatch.
- Manager: Have I experienced selling SaaS by phone or using virtual channels - text, emails, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc?
- SDR colleague: How do I deal with customer opposition when selling over the phone?
- Director: Why should he choose me for the position??
Neutral experience, but it seems they had already made their option prior to the interview, independently of what I presented, answered, or performed.

20 minutes call, start with normal questions about myself, followed by 5 minutes cold call simulation. The interview was with the hiring manager. He was quick. He was interested in me showing a good attitude to sales and how I would handle difficult part of the cold call and learn from my mistakes

From start to finish he was extremely responsive(even after hours), professional, pleasant, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and a perfect representative of the company's culture. To round out my overall experience, I had the pleasure of Michael (SDR Mgr- Revival) and Alex(Team Lead) for my final interview. It was refreshing to be asked questions I have either never gotten or rarely do.
