The interview process with NinjaOne was great. They had a very clearly defined and laid out interview process for this role that was broken out into 2 parts. During the interview I had to give a 15 minute presentation along with performing a mock cold call.

Step one is a 30-minute screening call with the recruiter
Step two is a Zoom meeting with one of the SDR managers.
Step three is an in-person interview with two SDR managers, following a presentation about the company that you must present to whoever is interviewing.
The whole process took about 1-2 weeks.
