This by far my best interview process. I am so happy when writing this down, all smiles; From preparing before to the following interview processes, to having a humane approach all the way to really listening in. It is very common in an interview process of this magnitude to have a stale sequence, due to the employer having countless of interviews throughout the day. Here it really felt like they were keen on knowing you, from your expertise, experiences but more importantly you as a person and how you would fit in the Team.
This is such a great company and I mean it sincerely.
They take employing someone very serious but always with a smile and always give great constructive feedback along the way.
I wish anyone who embarks on this journey, a REALLY good luck.
They will surely take care of you.

Step one is a 30-minute screening call with the recruiter
Step two is a Zoom meeting with one of the SDR managers.
Step three is an in-person interview with two SDR managers, following a presentation about the company that you must present to whoever is interviewing.
The whole process took about 1-2 weeks.

Colloquio
The first interview was overwhelmingly positive, and minimal knowledge of the company was required. The second interview required a good amount of preparation, especially if you are not experienced in cold calling. The Sales Managers were supportive and friendly while maintaining professionalism. They gave good feedback and asked good questions. I left with a very positive impression of the company.
