Applied online and received an email the next day asking to schedule a 10 minute phone interview. Scheduled that interview for the following morning, it mostly focused on prior experience/stuff on resume. Asked to set up a 20-30 minute in-person interview with the grocery department manager either later that same day or later in the week, I chose to interview that same day. Questions overall were straightforward, nothing out of the ordinary.
