I had interview in may,2015 ,it was 1 day interview process . Interview process includes lost of forms fill up , online test, practical test for IT department .
One best thing about Nirma for interview process is that they give return travel expense to candidates outside of Ahmedabad. They also arrange food for all candidates who comes for interview.
