Interview process was normal. Recruiter reached out, completed some assessments, met with the hiring manager. Then I was ghosted in the final round of interviews. I was told I would be meeting with the CEO for the final decision, then they never got back to me. Would have been nice to at least get a response telling me they weren't moving forward in the process.

Starting out positive which probably comes as a surprise given my negative rating. My interviews with the Director of HR and SVP of Marketing were fantastic. I talked to both of them for over an hour and thought we had incredible conversations about the vision for the role and how I would be a great fit with my background in the fashion world along with my creative marketing experience. I also had to complete several online assessments that helped me figure out if I was a good match from a personality stand point. The HR director even told me that my results matched up to exactly what they wanted for that role. My next steps were to set up an interview with the CEO, and this is where things got strange/ rude. After 2 months of going through the interview process, they ghosted me! I followed up several times to try and get feedback from my interview, confirmation if I was still moving forward in the interview process, nothing. After a month and a half of follow ups, I finally gave up. I was left with a sour experience after that. I would've at least expected them to respond to let me know that I no longer was being considered for the role, but 4 months later... still nothing. Communication could definitely use improvement, especially for this type of role.
