I was interviewed by a local manager (the one supposed to managed me directly) and also by the Director of the engineering office. Basically it was to get to know me and my previous experience. It honestly seemed that I was already the one, and the meeting was more of a formality.

First I was required to submit the resume. They I took the online exam and internship to understand the job role. Lastly I had interviews for three times with the employees and managers from the department.

Went very well, had 3 rounds of interviews: one with hr, second one with line manager and one with general manager. Interview was over the skype.
Hr sent me back the offer quite quickly.
