I got approached by an agency and they scheduled a job interview. The interview was quite informal and friendly (HR manager and Supply Chain Coordinator). We had some small talk, and afterwards we had a talk about the job and the company itself, this was guided by their paper sheets (company information). Thereafter, we had some time to ask questions to each other to see whether there is a match. You can expect basic interview questions. Unfortunately, I did not get the job, because they felt that I would not be satisfied with the job on the long term, and so they decided to progress further with other candidates.
