An online interview followed by an assessment centre. The online interview was fairly easy but the assessment centre was hard, 2 "games" a presentation and an interview. its been several days and they haven't gotten back.
2-3 month process was as follows
1st interview
assessment centre
final interview
very professional. assessment centre was challenging but interesting. good communication through the stages. all done remotely. final interview technical and skill based

Applied online with CV and cover letter, then invited to do online tests, including a personality test, then a video interview. After that I was invited to a full day assessment centre.
