Online form application, phone interview, online SHL testing (verbal, numerical, logical) and then assessment centre (presentation by the HR team on Nissan, group exercise, individual presentations, lunch, individual interviews). Took around 3 weeks after submission of online form to get an email for the phone interview. Then another 1.5 weeks to the online testing, and finally a month to get notified of the AC. I was informed of the AC date a month in advance. They invited 5 people in total for this AC and everyone applied for the HR placement role. I'm currently waiting for the results from Nissan. It wasn't quite as nerve-wracking as I thought it would be, it's just like a series of things that I have to complete in a day, maybe because it was generally quite informal as well.
