Initial interview was 2 hours long. They asked me to come in to “discuss potential opportunities” but this was a full on interview. I was not prepared for it at all.

The interview was an oral FE exam. Everything I had ever learned in school was questioned. I would strongly encourage you to study basic information on everything you’ve learned before going!

three very long phone interview, but in person interview was very well conducted by everyone. The factory was showed, but no problem or expectations were discussed. At that opportunity I asked many question about the process, employees and the company as a whole, but the answers proved to be not very sincere.
