The interview has been one of the nicest of most thought-through interviews I have had in Helsinki. It consisted of 4 meetings: - first one was a general discussion about my work goals and work-related ambitions, a very pleasant discussion where we were supposed to see weather our values are aligned. - The second interview I have had with a very technically capable specialist (a Haskell teacher as it turned out) and it was about general achitectural patterns, algorithms and understanding of programming paradigms. Be prepared so technical questions from different fields (version control, agile, functional programming) - The third one was with the Front-end engineer and UX/UI designer. Very fun and challenging questions, although again nothing to be worried about: each step of the way they were very helpful and nice. - The fourth one was the interview with people doing sales: very good one. They were nice and welcoming!
