Interviewed back in June. Referred from third party recruiting agency (the recruiter didn't do anything wrong, but really rubbed me the wrong way, felt a little patronized). Interviewed with a woman in the office, and we clearly were not a match. interview lasted maybe 10 minutes. She blatantly told me that they don't disclose risks to banks about loan applicants if the banks don't ask, as if it was totally normal. Basically, if they suspected that the farmer might not be able to repay the loan, or might be using the fertilizer for bad things like making bombs, they would not disclose that to the bank if the bank didn't ask... that made my decision much easier. While she probably was not going to move forward with me anyway, I immediately told the recruiter to withdraw me as an applicant. These are all just vibes I picked up, so maybe Im wrong, but everyone there seemed pretty full of themselves, acting like they were all millionaires.
