Long selection process. After letter selection, initial talk with HR, a talk with head of office and then a talk with peers/direct supervisor. Overall friendly staff and management, but interviews were not very structured. End result was a long silence period followed by a rejection call with non factual feedback. Overall process took about 3 months+
