The application was to prepare a video. I was then emailed with the standard “ After careful review, we have decided to move forward with other candidates who more closely match the current requirements for this role.” As I have the correct skill set that require, I decided to ask for feedback and I never received it. A bit poor in this day and age that they wouldn’t even feedback. I can only think that my age was their issue.

Sales presentation with around 4 working days to prep, presented via Google meet to sales director and account executive
Interview with CEO
Had to chase for feedback on second round and was told I was being taken forward, then chased again after second round but never heard anything back despite them reassuring in the first interview that they are great communicators and “do not ghost applicants”

Quick interview invitation. Warm interview style. Interviewer explained the company background and position clearly with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. There was a good indication of next steps and expectations. Post-interview follow-up was swift and well communicated.
