Basic telephonic interview followed by skype interview, followed by ASM's telephonic interview, only these 3 process due to corona lockdown, telephonic interview had questions like tell me about your self and about work experience, current salary blah blah blah it was simple. Then ASM's interview. After a week's time offer letter was received. Salary was 40k on hand and 6k travel allowance which will be completely used for petrol, incentives are very huge sometimes people get more than their salary as incentives sometimes they don't even get it. Incentives are based on the geographic area where we work. Very easy and positive interview process but I'm told by other employees through LinkedIn that the company has rigorous hiring and firing process, and the way ur treated relys upon the ASM you're working under.
