Phase 1: Online test (1h30m) consists of 30ish C++ (ABCD) questions and 5 problem solving questions
Phase 2: Screening
Phase 3: Online interview with manager and coworker. Mostly about C++ and 2 questions about git.
Phase 4: Offer
