Long and arduous. The whole process took about 4 months. Had to submit my CV (they specifically asked for a EuroPass CV - to this date this is the only company that's ever required one) and a cover letter. I was contacted shortly after and asked to submit a short essay on a predetermined topic. After that I was invited to a panel interview and had a test afterwards. I got a second round after that and they called me in a third time for an offer.
The entire process took about 4 months, during which the date of the reply was always postponed - I almost gave up on it when they called me in for an offer.
Good and it had aptitude test, technical round, Manager round and HR round. It took couple of days for the result to be anounced . But the experience was good and I also learnt topics related to tech writing.

After that, they outlined the next step, which involved an independent task that I needed to complete on my own and submit within a given timeframe.
