Applied online, the whole process took 2-3 weeks. Had one phone interview to cover basic CV and technical knowledge. Interviewed in March 2016. There were two phone interviews before final offer.

Good experience with many open discussions. You need to go through many application rounds with different people in the hyerarchy. Everyone seems to be friendly and kind. I totally recommend.
