About one week after submitting the application I got contacted by phone. In the interview there was a manager and a tech lead. The questions were focused on work practicalities and technical experience and less on personality. It was quite conversational rather than an interview.

I got a phone call after my application. They were really nice. Next step was to meet with a team leader. He was asking about my experience. He was pretty unprepared for our meeting. We were not a fit.
