Chaotic and unclear interview process. HR always gave misinformation as to the next steps and nobody seemed to know what was going on.
The process consisted of three interviews spread over six weeks including one utterly pointless final meeting with HR.
I was apparently the only candidate brought forward for final interview but was not ultimately hired due to a “lack of experience”, something they could have decided before inviting me to the first interview.
Nokia wasted hours of my time as they strung me along for weeks.
The interview process was structured and professional, with thoughtful questions, timely communication, and interviewers who were knowledgeable, respectful, and transparent about role expectations and challenges. Panel was friendly and pleasant.
