The interview questions are based on the first question response “Tell me about yourself”. Once you introduce yourself they come up with leading questions to evaluate in which job position they’ll consider you.

They have 3 round of online interviews and last round is face to face, by 2 rounds I had got good feedback and After 3rd round with senior VP he didn't give feedback till 2 weeks and then I came to know I am not selected and when I asked reason I was told that he did not give any reason and matter is with HR now that how can they reject candidate without giving any appropriate feedback as what went wrong. Seems Internal politics to me.
